Byron make "Proper Hamburgers" and trade from over 50 restaurants in the UK.
Manchester (Deansgate) and Liverpool One opened in 2013 with Leeds (Lands Lane) and York (High Ousegate) following in 2014. Newcastle (Grey Street) is due to open at the end of 2015.
Byron are considering a number of new sites in the North of England with a typical size requirement of 2,500 – 5,000 sq.ft.
