Lease Advisory specialist dealing with rent review, lease renewal and regear advice to clients across the UK. John regularly acts as an Expert Witness in Arbitration and Independent Expert cases for rent reviews and Court/PACT lease renewals.

Kiera McLaughlin

Kiera has a key interest is engaging with independent and local businesses via social media channels, with the aim to provide advice and support for moving from an on-line focus into a multi-channel platform through potential short or long term physical stores.

Provides leasing and strategic asset management advice on high street, shopping centre and out of town instructions across the North and Midlands. Mark also represents Sports Direct on acquisition and estate management work across the group brands throughout the North West.

Represents a range of institutional landlords, developers, property companies and Local Authorities in providing retail and leisure agency, asset management and development advice within the retail and leisure sectors. Nick also acts for a range of clients advising on their acquisition strategy.

Provides asset management and leasing advice on all types of high street and shopping centre properties throughout the North and Midlands, to both landlord and occupier clients.

Sarah joined Barker Proudlove in May 2023 and brings many years property industry experience.  Sarah provides secretarial and admin support for the Directors and Surveyors across the Leeds and Manchester offices.
