Arc Cinema

Arc Cinema is owned by the Melcorpo Group based in Ireland and is one of only a few cinema chains who are acquiring sites presently. Clients currently have 7 trading cinemas and funding is in place for more acquisitions.

Arc Cinema will consider existing cinemas, going concerns and new builds. New developments are primarily the focus for future acquisitions with an ideal size criteria of 20- 30,000sq.ft incorporating 5 – 9 screens in towns of in excess of 75,000 population with little existing cinema competition.

Recent acquisitions include Beeston Nottingham as well as Daventry and Ayr. Legal commitment secured at Forge Island Rotherham which will open in 2023.
