Burger King UK are the master franchisee with control over the brand’s proposition in the UK and the right to roll-out new restaurants across the country. Burger King UK was formed in November 2017 as a joint venture between Bridgepoint & Restaurant Brands International (RBI).

Barker Proudlove are appointed by Burger King UK to roll-out new restaurants in the North East, Cumbria (including Lancaster & Morecambe), Yorkshire & East Midlands.

Drive-Thru – busy roadside/retail parks/development sites/close proximity to food stores/value retailers or PFS operators. Will also consider conversion of existing restaurants/retail units which could be adapted to accommodate a drive thru or drive by lane.

Size – formats include 1,600 sq ft, 1,800 sqft and 2,500 sq ft with a drive thru or drive by. Land take is between 0.25 – 0.5 acres depending on format.

Tenure - Leasehold or freehold.
