Harrisons Vets are a new veterinary practice who have recently acquired their first site in Birmingham. Barker Proudlove are retained to acquire sites in the UK, except the South West, London, Wales or Scotland.

Their requirements are:

• 2,500 sq.ft - 3,500 sq.ft

• 8-10 dedicated parking spaces
• 15 year unbroken leases

• Modern retail buildings

• Sui Generis planning required
