The Coffee House

The Coffee House are a family run business who opened their first store in Lymm, Chester 13 years ago.  They are set to have 30 sites open by the end of 2024.  After significant investment in their distribution centre, the business is looking to expand their store network.

Barker Proudlove are retained to acquire new sites, ideally within 60 miles of Manchester between circa 1,000 – 1,500 sq ft.  All high footfall locations will be considered including shopping centres, high streets and retail parks.
